Your only ongoing monthly cost will be cloud hosting and usage, which we expect to sit around $300-$400/month depending on usage. We will not add any monthly maintenance fee on top for our second and third clients. For every client after that, we will need to charge a monthly fee so we can keep systems updated, monitor changes, roll out improvements, and reserve enough resources to give priority support to every client properly.

If future changes or improvements are needed, we typically work on an hourly basis, though we're always happy to discuss support arrangements that make sense for your business.
